Been with this agency since 2022, but I found cheaper/better rates from a competitor and decided to switch.

I reached out 7/17 and spoke to Jade, who spoke on the line as if she was distracted. I requested to cancel my policies on a specific date and she agreed to proceed. I was informed I shouldnt need to do anything further and I would receive email confirmation. No email confirmation received.

I reached out again 7/20 to ease my concern since I believed Jade was distracted during the prior call. The representative (forgot their name) told me he initiated the cancellation for the specific date and assured me I'd get a email confirmation. No email confirmation received.

Reached out again on 7/27 due to no email confirmation and the statefarm app saying I was going to be billed soon. Turned out Autobilling was never cancelled and the policy was still set to renew. Franny finally cancelled the policies for the date specified, confirmed auto renew was turned off, and sent a confirmation email.

Having to remind the agency to preform a request that I've been assured had been completed each time is ridiculous. If it wasn't for my persistance, I firmly believe they would not have followed through with the cancellation. Looking at prior reviews, it seems I'm not alone in my experience either."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. On multiple occasions, we have reached out to add to or change our insurance and, although sometimes they respond, oftentimes they do not. We are beyond disappointed as we have been with this agent for over 15 years and they clearly do not take care of their clients anymore! Since no one responded to us for 5 days this last time, with that experience not being a new one, we switched to a new agent and wish we had made the move far sooner!"
