"She was very knowledgeable about my needs and concerns, while I rambled on about why I was upgrading my coverage.all those wonderful drivers! You have to protect what you have, from those wonderful drivers in certain parts of the city. See where I'm going with this? It's why I quit riding cycles 25 years ago, after 30 years. I'm tired of the sick bluffing games. the price was BETTER than those so-called competitors online quoting!!! On LESS coverage. So i upped it.I had to think about blocking the online bidders too. So far, nothing. Just go with state farm, if you have a clean record, and DON'T need to subsidize the rest. The rest will have to 'go fish.'"

"I wish I could leave less than one star. I’ve had State Farm for 2 years now for renters insurance, never missed a payment, and never made a claim. My car got broken into earlier this year and I called them for coverage. It was a nightmare to get anything handled and took 2 months to finally get it settled. I receive a call and an email from them this month saying they are dropping my coverage based on my claim activity. I made one claim in 2 years because my car was broken into and I got valuable things taken from me, but apparently my claim activity is too much for them to handle. Joke of an insurance company"

"I filled out information online/app and Scott called to confirm/verify that everything was good to go, realized that the Renter's insurance policy was not done correctly so he made short work of it and got everything set up and I appreciate Scott for the follow up and he was very pleasant to speak with over the phone, which is usually the part I detest!"

"I have been with State Farm for several years, and overall my past experience had been good — until this incident. Yesterday, I received a letter stating that one of my homeowner’s insurance policies would be canceled in January for no clear reason. I immediately called the office to find out what was going on. The representative I spoke with, a man named Jackie, claimed that I had “missed a phone call on December 8.” I clearly told him that I never received any such call. He then changed his story and said that either my husband or I had personally called in to cancel the policy, which is completely false. We never made such a request. I asked a very reasonable question: How could a policy be canceled without my knowledge, and shouldn’t identity verification be required for something this serious? His responses were vague, inconsistent, and extremely unprofessional. He showed no awareness of what he was saying or the seriousness of the issue. The conversation was conducted in Chinese and led nowhere. I do not accept vague explanations when it comes to something as important as insurance. I decided not to waste more time and called the office again, this time in English, clearly requesting to speak with a manager. Jackie then claimed he himself was the manager. If that were truly the case, I honestly worry about the future of this office. Eventually, I was able to reach the actual manager, Connie. After reviewing my account, she confirmed that there was absolutely no record of me calling to cancel the policy. She listened patiently to everything I experienced and acknowledged that this was an internal mistake. She sincerely apologized and handled the situation professionally. I also explained that if I ever intended to change insurance companies, I would move all of my policies together (home and auto) — never just cancel one policy randomly. Connie understood completely. I want to be very clear: I have never purchased any home or auto insurance through Jackie. My previous contact at this office was a very kind Ms. Ding, who no longer works here. Somehow, my profile was automatically reassigned to him. I have since told the manager that I do not want him as my agent under any circumstances. This review is a wake-up call to others: Please check who is managing your insurance policies. Do not let an unprofessional and careless person create unnecessary stress and risk for you."
