Ruolin Su, originally from Shenyang, China, relocated to Columbus, OH in 2012. Mary Hazelton is a seasoned professional who enjoys working with individuals, families and business owners to help identify their particular insurance needs, goals, and find the appropriate solution(s) within their budget. She began her State Farm career in 1997, developing marketing plans, and referral sources for an Agent in the greater Worthington area. Once licensed in 2002, she focused most of her energies on Life and Health insurance selling and service. After 22 years when the Agent retired, Mary followed her love of working with seniors to a position in the Senior Living market. In the fall of 2020, she returned to State Farm Agency.

Mary is a graduate of The Ohio State University, School of Allied Health. She holds the LUTCF Accreditation from The American College of Financial Services.

Mary is an avid reader, and Buckeye Football fan. She enjoys walking several miles regularly, Italian cooking, Broadway Theatre, time with family and friends. She is a proud parent of two adult children. Her son and daughter-in-law recently made her a grandma for the first time. Being “Nani” is a new role she cherishes.

Connie Miller was born and raised in Ohio, a true Buckeye Fan. With 29 years of experience as a State Farm representative, she had established herself as a dedicated professional in the insurance industry. Eight years ago, she made the decision to move to Tennessee and began working remotely for the Jonathan Yu Agency. Through her hard work and dedication, Connie was promoted from a senior customer account manager to the position of Service Team Lead within the agency. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service to each customer remained unwavering. Outside of work, she found joy in photography, exploring the great outdoors, and cherishing moments with her family.

Francesca Miller, commonly known as Franny, is a newcomer to the insurance industry. However, her lifelong passion for helping people has prepared her well for this field. Prior to assuming her current position, she gained diverse experience through various roles, including retail management, remote positions, and non-profit work. During her college years, Francesca had the privilege of attending the South by Southwest event in 2019, which allowed her to enhance her networking skills, enjoy exceptional performances, and forge valuable connections. She completed her education in 2019 at Ohio University, earning a degree in Communications and a joint-minor in Music and Journalism. Francesca is enthusiastic about her future at Jonathan Yu State Farm and looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

Brenda, originally from Pennsylvania, has called Ohio her home for the past 34 years. With an impressive 40 years of experience in customer service, she has become a seasoned professional in her field. Known for her warm and welcoming nature, Brenda is always the first person in the office, ready to greet and assist anyone who walks through the door. Beyond her dedication to work, Brenda enjoys a fulfilling personal life. She shares her life with her husband, two grown children, two dogs, and a cat, creating cherished moments with her loved ones. In her free time, Brenda indulges in her interests, which include following tennis and golf, reading, and tending to her garden.

Linlu, originally from China, made the move to Columbus, OH in 2018. Having attended Suzhou University of Science and Technology, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Information Engineering. Since 2018, Linlu has been working in the insurance industry, specializing in Auto, Home, and Life insurance. With a passion for helping others, she is always available to assist in any way possible, leveraging her expertise across a range of products. Being fluent in Chinese, Linlu is able to provide enhanced support to customers. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time outdoors and has developed a keen interest in identifying different plant species. Additionally, she enjoys traveling with her family, creating lasting memories together.

Justin began his insurance career with State Farm Insurance in 2016. Fluent in Cantonese and licensed for Auto, Fire, Life, and Health Insurance, he possesses a diverse skill set to cater to the needs of individuals. As a Team Lead, Justin utilizes his expertise to provide personalized plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals. Additionally, he utilizes his leadership skills to guide his team, fostering a collaborative environment where creative problem-solving is encouraged.

Born in Columbus, OH, Justin's family journeyed from Hong Kong to the United States. He received his education at St. Michael from K-8th grade and went on to attend St. Charles High School. Eventually, he graduated with a degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Throughout his academic journey, Justin formed lifelong friendships through his involvement in activities such as track and field, video games, and attending live music events, particularly EDM concerts.

Looking ahead, Justin's next goal is to attend a concert while traveling abroad and explore the vibrant street food markets in different countries. He is always seeking new experiences and opportunities for personal growth, both within his insurance career and in his personal life.

Michelle has been with State Farm since 2017, starting out as a service team member before transitioning into a dedicated insurance role. Over time, she has progressed to her current position as a Senior Financial Services Advisor. Michelle finds great joy in hearing personal life stories through interactions with customers and takes pride in assisting with family protection by offering a range of life insurance options.

Originally from Taiwan, Michelle has lived in Columbus, Ohio for many years. She is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and has embraced a multicultural upbringing. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, Michelle is always eager to expand her language skills and is open to acquiring additional languages such as Cantonese and Japanese. After getting married, she now works remotely, providing services to both the Bethel and New Albany locations.

Outside of work, Michelle's interests include traveling, spending quality time with family and loved ones, and indulging in bubble tea, which holds a special place in Taiwanese culture. She also enjoys playing with her Shiba Inu named "Eevee" and interacting with other furry pet friends. Michelle has a passion for capturing food adventures through photography and enjoys socializing with friends through video games.

Qin, born and raised in Henan, China, embarked on an exciting journey that led him to Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies. He successfully graduated from the esteemed Fisher College of Business in 2018, setting the stage for a promising career ahead. Qin has been a valued member of the Jonathan Yu Agency for six years, utilizing his skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to policy holders.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Qin offers valuable multilingual support, ensuring effective communication and understanding for a diverse range of policy holders. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UCLA, further enriching his expertise and expanding his horizons.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Qin has a passion for EDM music and enjoys immersing himself in its energetic beats. He also finds solace and rejuvenation in hiking, embracing the beauty of nature. Qin's diverse interests and dedication to personal growth contribute to his well-rounded approach to life.

Jade, a Customer Account Manager, is licensed to assist individuals with Auto, Property, Health, and Life insurance in Ohio. Originally born in China, she graduated from Xi'an Translation University and Hebei Normal University, earning a bachelor's degree in 2005. Following her studies, Jade worked as a General Restaurant Manager for Pizza Hut in Beijing for approximately six years. In 2011, she made the decision to study abroad, eventually graduating from Red River College in Manitoba, Canada, with a major in Business Administration-Financial Services.

In 2017, Jade got married and immigrated to the United States. She now resides in McConnelsville, Ohio, with her family. Jade and her husband have two wonderful children, Irene, who is seven years old, and Wayne, who is four years old. Outside of work, Jade enjoys reading books and going on trips with her family.
