Ruolin Su, originally from Shenyang, China, relocated to Columbus, OH in 2012. Mary Hazelton is a seasoned professional who enjoys working with individuals, families and business owners to help identify their particular insurance needs, goals, and find the appropriate solution(s) within their budget. She began her State Farm career in 1997, developing marketing plans, and referral sources for an Agent in the greater Worthington area. Once licensed in 2002, she focused most of her energies on Life and Health insurance selling and service. After 22 years when the Agent retired, Mary followed her love of working with seniors to a position in the Senior Living market. In the fall of 2020, she returned to State Farm Agency.

Mary is a graduate of The Ohio State University, School of Allied Health. She holds the LUTCF Accreditation from The American College of Financial Services.

Mary is an avid reader, and Buckeye Football fan. She enjoys walking several miles regularly, Italian cooking, Broadway Theatre, time with family and friends. She is a proud parent of two adult children. Her son and daughter-in-law recently made her a grandma for the first time. Being “Nani” is a new role she cherishes.

Francesca Miller, commonly known as Franny, is a newcomer to the insurance industry. However, her lifelong passion for helping people has prepared her well for this field. Prior to assuming her current position, she gained diverse experience through various roles, including retail management, remote positions, and non-profit work. During her college years, Francesca had the privilege of attending the South by Southwest event in 2019, which allowed her to enhance her networking skills, enjoy exceptional performances, and forge valuable connections. She completed her education in 2019 at Ohio University, earning a degree in Communications and a joint-minor in Music and Journalism. Francesca is enthusiastic about her future at Jonathan Yu- State Farm and looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

Brenda is originally from Pennsylvania but has lived in Ohio for 34 years. She has been working in customer service for 40 years. She is the first person in the door ready to welcome anyone into the office. Outside the office Brenda has a husband, two grown children along with two dogs and a cat to spend time with. When she gets free time, she likes to follow tennis, golf, read and garden.

Originally from China I moved to Columbus OH in 2018. I attended Suzhou University of Science and Technology receiving a Bachelor Degree of Electronic Information Engineering. I have worked in insurance since 2018 focusing on Auto, Home, and Life insurance. I am always there to help out in any way I can with our multitude of products. I speak Chinese which allows me to better help our customers. In my spare time I enjoy travelling together with my family.

Born in Columbus, Ohio and raised with Hong Kong influence, I am conversant in Cantonese. I became a part of the team in 2016 and am licensed in Auto, Home, Life, and Health. I enjoy helping customers and assisting their needs to make sure they feel comfortable about their insurance. I always enjoy meeting new people and bonding over food, games, or bad puns.

I moved to Columbus, Ohio after growing up in Taiwan. I've been insured with Jonathan Yu's agency since 2012, and I was so impressed with the customer service that I decided to be a part of the team in 2017. I am licensed in Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance. I also help serve the Chinese speaking community and enjoy meeting with customers in person. In my free time I love trying out new food, gaming, and spending time with my family and dog.

I graduated in 2018 with a BS in Finance at Ohio State University. I currently live in Columbus, OH. I have been in the insurance industry since 2018. I am licensed in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health. I speak Mandarin. I make it a point to put every customer need first. I pride myself on forming a personal relationship with you! I enjoy playing basketball, and watching sports.

I was born in China and graduated from Hebei Normal University with my Bachelor's Degree of English Literature. In 2012, I moved to Canada and received my Business Administration Financial Services diploma from Red River College. I’ve been in Columbus, Ohio since 2017 and obtained my license in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. With 16 years’ experience of customer services, I deeply understand the importance pf putting myself into my customers’ shoes. I speak Mandarin and English.
